ABOUT

Hi, I'm Dr. Robin Ure DC. I have been practicing chiropractic for 20 years, mostly in the state of Kansas.  We recently relocated to Amarillo for my husband's employment.  We are now empty nesters and we're excited to see what the second half of life has in store for us in the great state of Texas!

I completed my undergraduate studies at Fort Hays State University and then moved on to Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, MO where I earned my BS in Human Biology and Doctorate of Chiropractic.

I have spent the last 20 years in full time family practice, treating people and families of all ages. I have a unique niche in adjusting styles being advanced proficiency rated in Activator Methods Chiropractic Technique, a low force, instrument assisted adjustment.  This technique can be used to treat back and neck pain, headaches, TMJ issues, sports injuries, arthritis, knee, ankle and shoulder injuries, as well as just maintaining a healthy spine.

I have chosen the name Power Within Chiropractic because my favorite thing about chiropractic care is when we remove the interference from the spine, it maximizes the communication signal from above-down and inside out and releases the true power that our Creator intended our bodies to experience.  Everybody knows that your cell phone works best when it has a strong signal.  Your body is the same. When the full strength of the signal from up top reaches to all parts of the body, as intended, we all function much better in all parts of our every day lives.
